I have a passion for news and believe that everyone should seek the truth in whatever they do. If needs be, those truths should then be shared with the world. This is my aim for life; to share the truth and ultimately make the world a better place because of it.
I’m currently studying Journalism at university with a keen interest in user generated content, radical media and news production. I’m also very interested in the next steps of journalism as it changes rapidly. The Leveson Inquiry is of particular interest to me and I have been following it closely.
As well as studying journalism, I am the online editor for the WesternEye, a staff writer at Word of the Nerd and I blog at thelifeandtimesofl.
With my free time I like to keep active by either going to gym and keeping fit, writing, engaging in projects, following stories or reading, specifically comics, as I think this is a highly underrated medium that can challenge the norms like no other.
